Bremer's famous draught stallion, was the champion entire at the' Now Plymouth Show. Miss Maggie Briggs, who was second at tho New Plymouth Show on the first day in the divided skirt ridinp, won on tho second day in the dual competition and in the lady's jumping, and finally secured the special for the : best lady rider in tho Show. Three hundred and twenty-two pounds ton shillings is a largo sum for a horse to win at shows. But Mr. A. D. Noako's leaping horse Mignon, who was second at New Plymouth in the 12st. hunters' competition to Mr: H. Westland's Erin-go-brough, of Turakina, has vron that amount for his owner.
