Mrs. Ilislop presided at a. well-attended meeting of tho Indies' committee in connection with Hospital Saturday, held in the Town Hall last evening. The following collecting sections were allocated Kclburne Avenue (all day), Mrs. Corrigan, Miss Sim, and friends; Stoivart Dawson's corner, Mrs. Gyles and Miss Costello; Duke of Edinburgh corner, Lady Stout, Misses Stout, Watson,' Kendall, Edith Holmes, Webster, and Newman; Veitch and Allan's corner, Nurse Holgate and staff; Cecil Hotel section, Mesdames F. M. B. Fisher and O'Donovan, and Miss Thompson; Town Hall section, Misses Montefiore and Davis; Island Bay tramway terminus (afternoon), Misses Dick' and Giilanders; General Post Office (from 1 p.m.), Miss Dimant and friends; Albert Hotel, corner (5 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.), Misses Middlemass and Benge; Miramar terminus (2 p.m. to 5 p.m.), Misses Lambert and Hickson; Miramar (evening), Wellington Navals; Bank of New Zealand corner (1 p.m. (o + p.m.), Miss Gweii Lockie and fneuds; Rintoul Street (junction with Island Bay), Mrs. C. M. Luke and Miss Luke; General Post Office (7.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.), Misses (2) Hugo; Union Clothing Co.'fl corner 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.), Miss Bauchope and friends; Bank of Hew Zealand corner (7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.), Miss Pollock and friends; Winder's ( corncr (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.); Mrs. J.
