SUICIDES AND CRIMINAL CHARGES. New York, November 27. The "Tribune" estimates that eighteen suicides in America are traceable to tne financial panic. John Jenkins, president of the suspended Jenkins' Trust, has been arrested on a charge of forgery. ' • ■, His brothers, Frank 1 and Frederick Jenkins, president and director respectively of tho Williamsburg Trust, will also bo indicted. ' .
