In the course of his Presidential address to the Institute of Bankers, Sir Felix Schuster, tho eminent financier, said he did not expect low rates for money for some little restriction of trado all over the world, restrictions of trade all over the world. Sir I''elix considered -that the development of trade had proceeded somewhat too rapidly, outstripping available, capital, especially in railway and electrical undertakings.
