INDIAN RAILWAY STRIKE.
MEN'S COMPLALNTS. CONCILIATORS AND TROOPS SENT. BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Rec. Nov. 22, 11.16 p.m.) Bombay, November 22. In connection with the striko of European and Native employees of the Indian railways, troops have been sent to Asansol to prevent the strikers creating a disturbance. A conciliation committeo has also gone' thero. Some trains are now working. Tho strikers complain of overwork, poor pay, and tho harshness of suporior officers.
