BENEVOLENT TRUSTEES.
Tho weekly meeting .of-the Trustees of the Benevolent Homo was held yesterday afternoon, there being present:—Rev. AY. A. Evans (chairman), Mrs.'Darvall, Messrs. H.' Cook,; D. Robertson, and Geo. London. .Tho Hon. Secretary of the AA 7 ellington Dentists' Association wrote with reference to t!io establishment of a" Dental Hospital in tho city. It was intimated that pending the' completion of certain details in 'connection therewith, any deserving eases requiring dental attention would be attended to by members of the Association, subject to certain nominal conditions. It was decided to reply asking for.a statement of the conditions referred ' to, the matter being held over until tho next meeting of the Board. ' . The sub-committeo appointed by tne Board to consider and report upon the present systom of administration was granted an extension of time, until the next meeting. It was decided'to call for applications for tho positions of housemnid and qualified nurse, to - fill vacancies created by tho retire-' ment of tho present occupants of these offices. Several applications for relief were then dealt with. ''
