SCHOONER ENDEAVOUR'AGAIN AFIRE.
' ■ r 1 Auckland, October 22. \ Another fire broke out on the auxiliary schooner Endeavour, lying at. the Hobson Street wharf, .shortly after 1 o'clock on Moll-' clay 'morning;' Tho fire, which % was lobatcd in tlio cabin, had gained a firm ' hole], but after' a 'considerable '.quantity of iyater' had been : poured into the vessel, the flrfmes were: extinguished. The damage is estimated at considerably over £100,: the cabin being completely ruined. It may bo remembered that about tho same hour on Sunday week .'a firo occurred on, the same vessel, when tho major portion of the cabin was destroyed. During tho week tho carpenters bad been engaged on tho vessel, and Uiey bad nearly, completed the work. The policc have 1 tho matter iir hand.
