TANGIER INCIDENT. DRUNKEN SPANIARD SHOOTS MOORS. ,- Tangier, October 9. A drunken Spaniard, using a revolver, killed somo Moorish soldiers in Tangier. Tho incident nearly provoked a massacre of Europeans, tho energy of tho authorities only averting one.
