Melbourne, Octobor 10. , Tho Disputed Returns Committee has recommended that tho election of Senator O'Loghlin by the South Australian Parliament wa's wrong, and that ho is not entitled to hold the seat. [This rofers to ono of the South Australian seats in tho Federal Sonato, for which % the Hon. Joseph Vardon was elected, but his election was upset on account of irregularities in' connection with the voting papers.; Tho South Australian Parliament. elected tho next candidato at the poll (Mr. O'Loghlin) to the seat, but, Mr. Vardon demanded a fresh election. Since then some missing voting papers have turned up.]
