Tho latest English files bring particulars of the eliminating, trials for a representative in the British International Cup race, which was held in Southampton Water oil July 27. There wore four entrants, Lord ' Howard do Wuldcn's. three Daimlers —1, 11, and III —and Flying Fish. Tho course was 32 nautical miles, four times round a circuit of eight knots, and Daimler 11, steered by the old English racing cyclist, Fentininn, led Daimler I, steered by her owner, and won ,tho start, -although tho latter was never, very far behind nor. Daimler 11. won eventually, by 3min. 3-sscc, Daimler 111 (Poles), being nearly Drain, behind the second boat. Flying Fish. (Mr. Jj. do Rothschild) retired before tho completion of the fourth circuit.
