At Narrandera, a boy placed a loaded pea rifle against a fence while he played with a family named Gilberi One of the Gilbert boys got hold of the rifle, when the charge exploded, the bullet passing through the head of one boy, and lodging in the brain of a girl; both have died from the injuries
