To the Mining Registrar at Cromwell of the Mining District of Otago Goldfiekls and all Others whom it may Concern. Take Notice that it is intended to construct a Water Race, and divert water from the Creek at Wanaka Road and Upper Punt Crossing Junctions, commencing quarter of a mile above the road and terminating at section 3, block IX., Tarras district, for irrigation, domestic and ali other purposes contemplated in section 31, sub-section 1 of the Mines Act, 1877.
