Nuisances of various kinds. 1. No person shall empty any privy or load carry remove or deposit any night-soil offal filth rubbish or other offensive matter within the Borough of Balclutha save between the hours of eleven o'clock p.m. and six o'clock a.m. of any day. 3. No person shall deposit any night-Boil offal filth rubbish or the •' ■ contents of any privy within the Borough of Balclutha at any place save and except at " The Borough Manure Depot." 4. If any person shall keep any cattle horses asses mules sheep goats swine or fowls in any stable byre stockyard cattle-bail pigstye or fowlhouse within the limits hereinbefore prescribed he shall forfeit a sum not exceeding five pounds. 5. Every person who shall empty any privy or load carry remove or deposit any night-soil offal or other offensive refuse or matter save . between such hours of the night or shall deposit the same save at such place as aforesaid or as shall have been appointed by some byo-law of the council in that behalf or who shall use for any such purpose any cart or carriage not having a covering proper for preventing the escape of the contents of such cart or of the stench thereof shall forfeit for every such offence a sum not exceeding five pounds. Slaughter-houses. 6. Every person who uses as a slaughter-house any place within such borough shall for each such offence forfeit on conviction a sum not exceeding ten pounds. PART V. Miscellaneous Matters. 1 If any person shall wilfully and without the authority of the council cut break bark root-up or otherwise destroy or damage the whole or any part of any tree sapling shrub or underwood growing in or upon any street or place under the management of the council although the injury done shall not be to the amount of one shilling he shall forfeit a sum not exceeding five pounds. 2.
