Wednesday, 12th January, 1876. (Before J. P. Maitland, Esq., R.M.)

M'Kenzie v. M'Fadyen. Claim for £5 6s Ed. Goods supplied. Mr Taylor for plaintiff stated, that the case had been settled out of court. Roger v. Bain. Claim for £4 6s 9d. Wage*. There was no appearance in this case. The Court was not so densely.crowded during the hearing of these cases, as it has been on recent occasions —there being present the) Magistrate, two Lawyers specially retained, tho Clerk of tbe Court, one Constable, and oa. special Reporter.
