The Positions: Analyst Programmer You would be working in an IBM mainframe environment as part of a team providing the Plant with information systems. Depending upon your experience you may be part of the team who are installing an integrated commercially supplied package which will cover the commercial needs of the company. This project will be implemented over the next two years. As part of this team you would be responsible for the DP aspects of the system, on-going support to the users and liaison with the overseas supplier. Tertiary qualifications in computer science or related discipline, while not being essential, would be an advantage. Demonstrated experience to two to three years in analysis and programming work on an on-line IBM environment is essential. Programming experience in PL/1, ADABAS, CIOS and C would be advantageous. '“n you have two to three years suitable experience you would be part of the development of process and statistical control systems for various parts of the Plant. You would provide to the team DP skills of analysis and design, to help ensure a successful project.
