The successful candidate will mutually establish with the Board profit targets to provide a satisfactory return on shareholders’ funds. Profits and planning will be subordinate only to the requirement to maintain and improve the standard of merchandise and service provided to customers. REQUIREMENTS: • Proven successful record in the retail industry, preferably in apparel, as a profit centre manager, as a marketer, a motivator and a communicator. • A well developed marketing philosophy with sound practical experience of all aspects of retailing. • Ability to lead, to coordinate and to analyse must be demonstrated. • Strategic planning will be an Important part of this position with the ability to look ahead.
