Kemp suspended
The Newcastle rugby league centre, Tony Kemp, was yesterday suspended for two matches — one to be served during his stint with English club Doncaster and one with Newcastle at the start of next year. The N.S.W.R.L. judiciary yesterday handed down a guilty verdict on a charge of attacking the head of Parramatta’s Mark Barnes — two days after the hearing opened.—NZPA-AAP.
