Wind up move
The Western Australian Government has moved to wind up its controversial sAustl.2 billion (5NZ1.568) petrochemical project because of conflict with joint owner. Bond Corp Holdings. Western Australian Premier Peter Dowding said the Government had failed to agree with Bond Corp over a restructuring of the project, which he said was no longer viable. As a result, the Government had lodged a petition in the Supreme Court in Perth for the winding up of project company, Petrochemical Industries, Ltd.
