Kingsgate offers
PA Wellington Hotel group, Kingsgate International, hopes formal buy offers for its Australian and New Zealand hotels will be made soon. Some parties were talking with the company’s agents, Colliers International, who had indicated that formal offers might be expected shortly, the Kingsgate directors said in a statement to the Stock Exchange. The hotels — one in Australia and six in New Zealand — were put on the market almost four months ago, The New Zealand hotels include the Hyatt Kingsgate hotels in Auckland and the Vacation Hotels in Auckland, Christchurch, Queenstown and Te Anau.
