Caprana in talks
PA Auckland Listed goat breeding company, Caprana Corporation, under threat of a winding-up action, is awaiting the result of a business deal in France, the High Court at Auckland was told. Moorfield Wandarra Angoras has made an application to wind up Caprana after 'claiming it was owed $40,000. Counsel for Caprana said
talks concerning embryo transplant technology are taking place in France, and the managing director is hoping a deal will eventuate for all,the creditors to be paid. Master Cambrill adjourned the hearing until August 30. Caprana merged with Tindall Group in December, with Mr Dennis Tindall acquiring a 50 per cent stake in the company.
