Playwrights’ seminar
A young Christchurch playwright, Stefan Alderson, has been elected as one of six young New Zealand playwrights for a major youth playwright workshop in September. Stefan Alderson is about to graduate from the Christchurch Academy’s acting programme. A cast member of the Community Players’ “I Am Show,” he intends to develop acting and writing skills. The playwright’s workshop will be attended by young writers from throughout the country. A preliminary session was held recently in Wellington.
