THC advisers appointed
The merchant bankers, Fay, Richwhite and Company, has been appointed by the Government as advisers in the sale of the Tourist Hotel Corporation. This follows the announcement by the Minister of State Owned Enterprises, Mr Rodger, that the Government intended to proceed with the sale of the THC as announced in the 1988 Budget. As advisers, Fay, Richwhite will be responsible for the preparation of a confidential information memorandum for prospective buyers. They will also assist the Crown in discussions with interested parties.
