W.O.F. stickers stolen More than 300 warrant of fitness stickers were stolen from a North New Brighton service station this week. The valid stickers, registered from BA 00885951 to BA 00886300 were taken from Palmers Road Services, Ltd, overnight on Wednesday. Senior-Sergeant Wayne Holmes of the New Brighton police said the offender had targeted the stickers. “There’s a lot of old vehicles which can’t get a warrant,” he said. “They can also be used on stolen vehicles.” The stickers are numbered “2.” Driver injured A Christchurch man suffered serious head and chest injuries when his station waggon and a farm utility collided near Klrwee yesterday.
