War order an error
One hundred officers in the armed forces of a N.A.T.0.-member, Norway, have been secretly ordered to mobilise for war — because of a clerical error. Colonel Gullow Gjeseth, of Norway’s Defence Command, said he did not know how many of those involved had been contacted and stopped, or how many had reported for action at stations near the Arctic border with the Soviet Union.—Oslo.
