Receiving admitted
A solo parent admitted receiving stolen property valued at more than $13,000, when he appeared in the District Court yesterday. James Marsters, .aged 34, represented by Mr Paul McMenamin, was convicted and released on bail by Judge Paterson to
appear for sentence on May 2. Marsters admitted receiving a stolen $163 wetsuit and six stolen outboard motors, valued at $13,053. The offences were committed last December. Mr Brent Stanaway appeared for the Crown.
