Holdcorp sale Holdcorp Group has sold its 55 per cent holding in the Reeves Moses Hudwig group of companies to one of Reeves’ original principals, Mr Dirk Hudig. Mr Hudig said the financial services company would continue to operate as usual. The sale, for an undisclosed sum, follows Holdcorp’s sale of its sharebroking interests and the New Zealand Valve Company last March.
Comm. Secs sale Receivers for New Zea-land-based Commercial Securities have sold the company’s 48 per cent stake in Sydney property developer Citisite Holdings, Ltd, for sAust3.7 million (SNZ4.9 million) to family interests associated with the Australian company. Commercial Securities had been founding shareholders of CHL when it was established in Sydney in 1985, CHL managing director Max Johnson said.
