The recent purchase of Christchurch human resource firm, Partington Consultants (Chch) Limited, now gives Deloittes a full range of consultancy services available from their Christchurch office. If has also created the need for an additional human resources consultant to work out of Christchurch. The position involves a range of human resource consulting activities, including recruitment, staff and executive assessment, executive leasing and organisational development. It is a challenging and rewarding role with a variety of client assignments. We envisage that the successful applicant will possess excellent people and communication skills, coming from one of two backgrounds — Either A 28-35 year old graduate in accounting, business administration or psychology with several years commercial experience, On An experienced recruitment consultant who is wanting a more interesting variety of human resource consulting activity.
