Human Resource Emphasis W.D. Scott Deloitte is the management consultancy arm in New Zealand for Deloitte Haskins and Sells, an international firm of chartered accountants. Our range of consultancy activities includes strategic planning, marketing services, information technology, business valuation, business development and human resources. The recent purchase of Christchurch human resource firm, Partington Consultants (Chch) Limited, now gives Deloittes a full range of consultancy services available from their Christchurch office. If has also created the need for an additional human resources consultant to work out of Christchurch. The position involves a range of human resource consulting activities, including recruitment, staff and executive assessment, executive leasing and organisational development. It is a challenging and rewarding role with a variety of client assignments. We envisage that the successful applicant will possess excellent people and communication skills, coming from one of two backgrounds — Either A 28-35 year old graduate in accounting, business administration or psychology with several years commercial experience, On An experienced recruitment consultant who is wanting a more interesting variety of human resource consulting activity.
