Lakeland scheme
PA Wellington Lakeland Properties has made an application to the High Court for a scheme of arrangement in relation to their financial problems over a merger with collapsed Troy Corporation. In a note to the Stock Exchange yesterday Lakeland chairman, Mr- Ronald Jamieson, said a copy of the scheme would be forwarded to the exchange when filed with the High . Court In a reverse move last April it was proposed that Lakeland become the majority, shareholder in Troy by buying 10.8 million shares in Troy. > In the 15 months to last June Lakeland reported a loss of S9M.
