PA Wellington The board of Euro-National has clarified the position in respect of its partly paid shares on issue. • Payments totalling $6,192,760 have been received from J. B. Spencer, ANZ Custodians, Databank Pensions, and Aetna Health 1 Corporation representing pay- > ment of 1,775,000 shares. , • Satisfactory commercial : arrangements have been I reached with P. J. Brannigan, i A. M. Sullivan and D. M. ! Young in relation to a further 1,550,000 shares. • No payments or arrangements have been concluded at this stage with R. M. Petricevic, S. T. Trott, R. Joy, or Renouf Portfolio Management, in respect of the balance 3,200,000 shares.
