Omnicorp offer
Flemington Enterprises has extended its unconditional cash offer for the remaining share capital of Omnicorp Investments to January 31, 1989. The offer of 60c for each fully paid ordinary share and 22c for each listed option was to close on December 20. Flemington directors said they had received acceptances for more than 95 per cent of Omnicorp’s share capital.
