Tallest building nears its peak
What will be the tallest office building in Christchurch on completion should be topped off early next year, its building contractor says.
Wilkins and Davies, contractor for the 21-level
Price Waterhouse Centre on Armagh Street, said yesterday that it expected the. tower to be topped off in late January. Work began in April. Progressing at the rate
of 930 sq m every five to six working days, completion of the project is expected by late 1989. Tenants should be able to move in about November, nearly five months ahead of schedule.
