Allflex buy
In a further expansion of its interests in wool handling. Allflex New Zealand has acquired the total shareholding of Van-Gard Engineering, of Palmerston North. The purchase is for cash. Mr G. J. Garden, the principal of VanGard, will become a consultant to the Allflex Group’s wool handling division.
