Strada stake
Emperor Enterprises said it had received acceptances for about 89 per cent of the capital of Strada Holdings. Emperor is the private company of Strada directors, Mr Graham Perrin and Mr John Gow. Emperor said it would extend the offer, for 13c a share, till 5 p.m. on November 30.
