The National Party’s Lyttelton electorate chairman has supported the bid for the district to win a deal to service deepwater Soviet fishing boats. Mr Philip Hall says the party has supported all initiatives to promote the engineering skills within Christchurch, and he is convinced Lyttelton could service the Soviet fishing fleet.
