Magenta pays
FAI Insurances has confirmed that the sAust2o million instalment owed by Bruce Judge’s Magenta Holdings for its 19.9 per cent stake in Ariadne Australia has been paid. FAI chairman, Mr Larry Adler, said FAI has accepted a promissory note issued on behalf of Magenta by an independent merchant bank for the full amount owing, plus interest.
