Women approached

A youth has been approaching elderly St Albans women, offering them chocolates, and then exposing himself. Three incidents were reported to the police on Thursday between 11.30 a.m. and noon in Bishop Street, Lindsay Street, and St Albans Street. A police spokesman said the youth approached the women at their homes and had made affectionate overtones. On two occasions he had exposed himself. He was described as being aged between 16 and 20, of medium build, and about 165 cm (sft sin) tall with dark brown shoulder length hair.
