N.Z. Post advantage
For the next 12 months publications registered with New Zealand Post have an advantage over start-up ventures. About 8000 publications in New Zealand, including several hundred in Christchurch, are registered for mail concessions. They are charged half-price for standard post. From the beginning of this month no further publications are being registered for the concession, and the discount will be removed from all publications on October 1, 1989.
