Mr John Ede, has been appointed a director of Wilkins and Davies. He recently retired as chief executive of Winstone, Ltd. Dr Colin Maiden has been appointed deputy chairman of Wilkins and Davies. He has been on the board since 1986. The changes come after the retirement of Mr Laurie Southwick and Mr Peter McKinnell.
