Rada, Prorada trade again
PA Wellington The shares of Rada Corp, Ltd, and Prorada Properties, Ltd, will trade again on the Stock Exchange from Monday after suspension of them was lifted last night.
The companies at the same time provided interim profit announcements.
The Stock Exchange’s executive director, Mr Roger Gill, said that they had provided information sought by the exchange,
which believed that the market would now have sufficient information on which to price Rada and Prorada shares.
The exchange had found that talks with both this week had been a "useful opportunity to impress upon the new executives of both companies the importance of fully informing the market and ensuring that the companies complied fully with their obligations under their respective listing agreements.”
