NECTARINE ICE CREAM

1 cup milk 2 cups cream 500 g nectarines iy 4 cups sweetened condensed milk 1 tblspn lemon juice 2 tspns vanilla essence. Method: Place milk and condensed milk in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until well combined. Remove from heat cool. Add cream and lemon Juice. Pour into a freezer tray. Cover and freeze until firm. Cut nectarines in half, remove stones and puree in a blendpr or food processor until smooth. Transfer frozen ice cream to a bowl and beat until smooth. Add nectarine puree and vanilla essence. Beat mixture until well combined. Return to freezer tray, cover and freeze until firm.
