Rural market

The second rural arts and crafts market will be held at Oxford on Sunday.

This market will be a special Christmas edition with Father Christmas attending from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with a photographer.

Interest in the market has grown since the first very successful market where at one stage the Oxford Town Hall was full with visitors. There will be 25 stands including silversmithing, goat cheese specialties, clown dolls, willow baskets, spinning, weaving, furniture restoration and making, herbal products, silk products, bone carving, and wood turning.

The market features artists and craftspeople creating on the day. All goods are for sale. The market opens at 11 a.m. in the town hall and will end at 4 p.m.
