Arms seized
Customs police have seized a large cache of arms aboard a ship destined for the Gulf area, Italian news media reported. Fourteen tons of arms, mostly West Ger-man-made machine guns, were found by police Friday aboard the 10,000-ton Qatar-flagged Fathul Khai in Savona, a northern Italian port, according to reports. — Savona, Italy.
