PA Auckland A new life insurance policy launched in Auckland yesterday will enable many New Zealanders to collect their cash before they die. “Reassure” by Metropolitan Life offered policy-holders who were diagnosed as having a terminal illness the option to have their policies paid out in full, said the com-' pany’s managing director, Peter Fitzsimmons. A.I.D.S. sufferers were also eligible, providing they had one of the listed illnesses covered by the policy, such as kidney failure which is what many victims ultimately die of. The early pay-out meant some clients could now pay for organ transplants or take advantage of medical technology
