Dog in park
Sir,—Recently in Kaiwara Street park It observed an adult male with ar adult male dojg brought therm for the sole purpose to drop excreta in the grounds. The dog was not taken to the gutter, ‘hut taken to the body of the park. The dog was held on a< ? ; leash and was not released to play. When the grass is cut this excfata is pulverised and carried to Ml parts of the playground. In this odious environment our | children - and grandchildren Ure encouraged to play. — Yours, etc.,
