CWS sells 23% stake

PA Wellington Cory-Wright and Salmon has sold its 23 per cent shareholding in Stevens KMS Corp to a private New Zealand investment Company. Cory-Wright chairman, Mr Bernie Knowles, said yesterday that the move reflected the company’s desire to direct its investment into engineering and related sectors particulary as exporting and transTasman opportunities arose.

The name of the buyer was not disclosed.
