A lorry dumps fill into the reclamation area at the junction of the Breastwork and Gladstone Pier at Lyttelton on Monday. The fill is being carted from a cutting for the rail track extension near Battery Point. The reclamation, of 3.95 hectares, is expected to cost about $l5 million and is due to be completed in 1992.
