The outstanding sprinter, Taj Quillo, which has been sidelined through injury for the last six months, will launch his spring campaign in the Air Force Handicap (1000 m at Flemington today.
The Bart Cummingstrained five-year-old is regarded as one of the best sprinters in Australia and is a straight six specialist However, last autumn the son of Taj Rossi failed in two starts to recapture the brilliance which had won him the prestigious Gadsden Stakes (1200 m at Flemington in the spring. t
