Cup challenge issued
NZPA-AAP Sydney The Cruising Yacht dub of Australia has Issued a challenge to the San Diego Yacht Club to contest the next America’s Cup. The C.Y.QA. commodore, Arthur Coney, made
the announcement yesterday. The challenge was issued on behalf of a syndicate headed by Alan Bond and Paul Ramsey which approached the Cruising Yacht Club in Sydney to mount the challenge on its behalf.
