PA Wellington The Minister of Sport and Recreation, , .Mr Moore, yesterday Invited his Australian counterpart to take a “little wager” on this week’s rugby tests. “I’ve just taken 200 francs off the French Minister of Trade, Michel Noir, over the outcome of the Rugby World Cup. “Now I’m in for SNZIOO on the league and rugby union tests,” Mr Moore

said. He told the Australian Minister of Tourism, Recreation and Sport, Mr John Brown, that Australia had a decided advantage because so many "Kiwis” were teaching Australians to play at club level. Mr Moore also sent telegrams of support and congratulations to the New Zealand rugby league team in Brisbane.
