Greenpeace verdict in four months?
PA Auckland The result of the Greenpeace organisation’s $31.14 million compensation claim against the French Government for the Rainbow Warrior bombing was expected in about four months.
Mr Ted Thomas, Q.C., the Auckland lawyer for Greenpeace, has returned from a week-long hearing before a three-member international tribunal in Geneva.
He said he was bound by a confidentiality agreement covering the proceedings until the panel made its decision.
